Michael is a very knowledgable attorney regarding ADR cases. From start to finish, Michael kept me informed along the way and answered any questions that I had, in detail. I was referred to this law firm regrettably. It took them over two weeks to get in touch with me. During that conversation not once did Jacob identify who he was within the law firm. He's a paralegal, not an attorney. I was told an attorney would be contacting me. With all due respect, maybe just maybe if you had an ounce of empathy and some basic customer service skills you could conduct an interview. I'm appalled at the smugness and lack thereof "caring". I see tons of disability attorney's providing free feedback online and you dismissed my case the moment you heard my diagnosises. Do you understand how hopeless someone is when they get to the point of applying for disability?! Well, you made your point Jacob. I'm not wasting my time or a LAW STUDENTS time to be denied and denied as you said. You made me feel even worse. I would never recommend this office to anyone that I cared about! The communication is terrible. The identification of personnel is flawed and the overall empathy with clients is rushed and it's giving you have way too many clients but let's add another for more revenue. Yuck.
