When 2 other local Murphy attorneys just couldn’t seem to get things accomplished,
Mr. Smith and the amazing ladies at Lance Law Firm did.

I had to transfer property from my name to a neighbor, with a time limit set by the State of NC.

The first local attorney I dropped the survey off with (not this firm) told me all she had to do was type up a new deed and have it recorded at the courthouse, it should take 1 week!
After her having it for 6 weeks, and her putting me off every time I followed up, I finally asked if she would actually be able to get this accomplished.
This upset her and she told me no she wouldn’t, to come pick it up.

The 2nd local attorney I dropped it off with (again not this firm) said that since I dropped it off the first week of August, and it had to be done by October 1, (yes, 2 months later) She was going to double the fee and charge me 400 instead of $250.

So I called Lance Law Firm.
Told them what was going on. They assured me they could have it done in two weeks flat!!!

And guess what?????? THEY DID!!!

Actually, it was done 2 days early!!!
And for their original quoted price!
