Called for a consultation with Jenni hall. Was told I had one today at 1030. I call at 830am to pay the 200$ consultation fee and they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about. Their exact words were “ she would love to meet with you “. They now said sorry she is booked and call the bar for help. It set me back 4 days when I could have contacted other attorneys, but I didn’t thinking I had this appointment. Very unprofessional, if that’s how they handle this I think it’s a blessing in disguise I did not retain this firm.
