Attorney was terrible at responding to even the simplest questions in a timely manner going some times several days before even responding as a court date was fast approaching. He got upset that I called him out on this and ended the relationship immediately after the court day even though I needed an attorney for related issues. I don't feel that he was prepared for the hearing that I prepared for and I ended up settling which I definitely regret doing now. He gets paid the same whether I sign an agreement or have a hearing so of course he is going to try and steer away from a hearing. I was not feeling confident that I would have received the representation I needed and there was a little pressure from the attorney to just negotiate the agreement. He only invested a couple hours in to my case so for what I paid the firm I expected good customer service. After the court date I emailed an office person there requesting a document but she would not respond. I feel that they were pleasant enough until they were paid and then after the court date. I have owned a business with 20 employees for the last 15 years and I am accustomed to working with attorneys and this is one of the worse experiences that I have witnessed. The attorneys name is Joe McMahon.
