				I was extremely disappointed in my call with your law firm today. I don't understand why I can't get my questions asked before I sign something. And that the 40% fee is negotiable after I signed the contract with the 40% fee, like I don't know contracts. And then expenses on top of that. Is this what I can expect in pursuing a claim for the issues I am having?
