Not client centered. They will try to make you do what they want you to do for their own interest. I simply asked the lady during the consult questions about all options and because they were probably more than what she was willing to answer, she told me “I see we are not a good fit”. She was right because I would prefer someone that makes me feel understood and welcomed before I signed my name to anything.

After reading the response from the company I find it representative of who they are and how they treat their clients by insinuating I asked for illegal activity. None of that happened. I asked why would the attorney favor one type of case as compared to the other and the representative could not provide a reasonable explanation. I asked for details which I suppose upset her. I’ll say this and leave it at that: They don’t care about you. They want you to be quiet and go along with what they want to do for you. Please do your own research before signing up with these people.

In my opinion, one of the best conversations I've had with an attorney. Samantha was honest and helpful. She explained the situation, from a law standpoint, that I was in and suggested I do something different than she helping me. To me, this was the most ethical way to handle it. I regard this law firm highly.

Difficult to communicate with attorney and rude staff. Seems like a "mill" that only wants simple cases that will just coast through for quick/easy money.

Reply: Communication doesn't seem to be important considering you won't communicate by email and said you would forget about an email before replying to it. Then also take days to answer a yes or no question about fees or for get ahold of anyone to talk to.
