I want to start by saying this is not a hate review, but simply my honest experience and opinion. I am grateful for the work that was put into my case. However, my biggest concern was the lack of communication throughout the process.

I was involved in a serious car accident at the end of June 2025, and my case was not finalized until the beginning of June 2026. I understand that these cases take time, and I never expected things to happen overnight or even over a couple months. What was frustrating was that I was rarely given updates unless I reached out first. Miriam handled my case, but I often felt left in the dark about what was happening and what to expect next. Even a brief check in every now and then would have made a significant difference and helped me feel more informed and reassured.

One of the reasons I chose Ladah was because of the positive experience my mom had with them after her accident in 2014. She was regularly updated, supported, and reassured throughout her case. Based on her experience, I expected a similar level of communication. Communication is a major part of client service, especially during stressful times.

While I appreciate the work that was done and the case was ultimately resolved, I often felt like an outsider to my own case. Better communication and occasional updates would have made a huge difference in my overall experience.
