I initially had a positive impression after submitting a contact form in late November. Joe responded promptly and we met to discuss my needs. He indicated the work would be straightforward once I provided certain documents.

After preparing the required documents and submitting them a couple weeks later, all communication ceased. Despite multiple follow-up emails and phone calls over several weeks, I have been unable to get any response. My attempts to reach Joe or the firm have included:

- Two follow-up emails (no response)
- Multiple phone calls (mostly unanswered)
- One voicemail (no callback)
- One call where a staff member promised Joe would return my call (he did not)
- Additional calls since then (no response)

I cannot determine the reason for this complete lack of communication, but the inability to get even a brief status update after the initial consultation raises serious concerns about reliability and client service. For anyone considering this firm, I would recommend confirming their availability and communication practices upfront.
