I spent months talking to other employment lawyers before I found Labor Law PC. A lot of firms are good at one kind of case and stay in that lane. Mine did not look like the usual employment law case and the issues were complex. The facts were messy. The employment rules were messy. Nevertheless, Noël Harlow and her team looked at what had actually happened and agreed to take me on. Going through litigation is isolating. People who love you get lost in it. I got tired of trying to explain it. I felt alone in it. Noël was the person who could hold all of that and then say it back in plain language. Once I could explain it at home, I could start repairing relationships that had been strained by how little anyone around me understood what I was going through. I am grateful they said yes when others did not, that they treated me with dignity, and supported me through this most fragile and isolating time of need.
