Extremely slow to respond to simple request. Due to time restraints, I figured a reputable law firm could resolve this simply. We had a closing date upon us when I called to speak to the paralegal. I was given a date to have a phone conference two weeks after the closing. Period you took it upon ourselves to resolve the issue ourselves and completed it within six hours and successfully went to closing without them.
I'm considering a law firm do your due diligence prior to hiring them.
