Kuck Richard K

Update to my previous review as promised... My friend hired Richard Kuck in a child custody case. Initially his communication was poor and we were concerned because of the time-sensitive nature of her case. However, he did end up assisting her through mediation which resulted in recovering her custodial rights, and he has given her sound counsel.

Richard Kuck was the mediator in a case I was involved with. I found him to be honest, fair, a good listener, reasonable, knowledgeable and polite. As well a hard worker. I would recommend him for your legal matters.

update: Still give this man and the woman in his office five stars! my husbands case is near its end and we are both happy we chose Richard. He explains things in a manner that we can understand, puts forth all his efforts and goes above and beyond. the woman in his office are always friendly and never do you have to wait long for a response from an email, question or anything. He takes all avenues to make sure there is fair just and he knows his way around the system and does his best! my husband is stubborn and if it wasn't for Richard I think our outcome will be not so great! Thank you for your time efforts and understanding and willingness to believe in him

My husbands case has only been open since October and we just hired Richard and his staff a few weeks ago. So far he has done so much more than the other lawyer we had. So I am hoping and praying that he is gonna be the one! He was highly recommended by a close friend. Thankyou
