				Disappointing experience. We spent a lot of money on the retainer for a commercial ticket, but ended up with the same outcome as if we had handled it ourselves. There was very little communication and no meaningful progress made. Unfortunately, it felt like a waste of money. I would not recommend this firm for commercial ticket defense based on our experience.
