If you need a lawyer, your first thought as a single mother of three is hoping you are going to get what you are paying for. Being that I am not from Ohio, I wasn't trying to gamble with my hard earned dollars. How are you to be sure of the Firm's service? I must say, what this firm provides is nothing short of amazing. The staff was personable and understanding. Lanie is an ANGEL. My attorney was Jeff Hale. Not only was he always on point. His knowledge was so impressive, it put mind mind at ease after the first meeting. When it was time for court he kept me calm and that was big for me because this whole process gave me anxiety. He was also honest. Even if it was something I didn't want to hear, he knew how to tell me. Being that I have no support in this state, in no way did this firm ever let me feel alone.
