How do I sum up spending over two thousand dollars for nothing? I hired Krekeler from a recommendation of another lawyer, who I am guessing just didn't want to touch my case. I had what I had been told several times by different lawyers an "insider preference payment." AKA a family member had co-signed on a loan for me which I had been paying on, but had to default on credit card payments. I was about to be sued and was told I needed to wait a year before I could file after the p.l had been paid off. None of that bothered me. What bothered me was the way I was communicated with by James E. Soo. I felt like my wishes weren't being heard, and every email I was almost out of money and I needed to send more money. After firing them as my lawyers, I had to contact billing twice, as I had received bills for work that should not of been done. Bankruptcy is stressful. It is demeaning and it carries an emotional weight. I feel like James carries no emotional empathy, and clearly didn't listen to me telling him several times I wanted to leave My brother out of this. 2 thousand dollars in their pockets.

Colton Chase, James Soo, Genesis McCarthy and David Krekeler are AMAZING people. I went to them at one of the lowest points of my life.
