They will make you a victim all over again. Greed is the name of the game and they offer to take another look at your case "for a price". they lowball your settlement so you either have to take it or lose more money by having it looked at again. this group after 8 years turned me into THEIR VICTIM.

Krause and Kinsman have been representing me in the Boy Scout Settlement and they have had my money in their QSF (Qualified Settlement Fund) since mid April and have yet to pay me. I need the money to make repairs to my home to prevent my wife and stepkids from losing a roof over their heads and they keep telling me " you will receive email from Milsetone by the end of next week". I just tried to call them at 9:49 am on Monday June 8 2026 and was told they are closed because it's Sunday by their AI. They're not answering my calls because I threatened to fire them last week after being lied to multiple times about when I would receive the email for my paperwork. My number has been blocked is what I am thinking.

My husband has been working with this law firm for approx 3-years lately when he calls the firm for updates concerning his case the calls are forwarded to a call service or AI service and responses are mediocre, not clear and consise, very robotic, although they claim calls are being escalated to address his concerns no returned calls from paralegals or attorneys are received. My husband asked for a copy of the retainer and they sent over the form 98% redacted. We are concerned they are over capacity and do not have the ability to represent my husband’s best interest. I would never recommend this law firm this is no way to treat clients.
