Krause and kinsman represent my husband in the Boy Scouts lawsuit. While they've made millions the survivors get pennies. Currently they have withheld money for supposed Liens for medical payments that may have occurred from the abuse caused when my husband was a child 50 years ago. This began February 2026 and now in October 2026 we still haven't received anything from the over half withheld of the 2nd disbursement check from the money awarded to my husband. Trying to get information from K&K is like pulling teeth. Multiple messages have been sent and we're still waiting for a call back. Adam Krause actually blocked my husband from being able to contact them. Apparently their feelings were hurt because my husband was upset about the way he was being treated and the complete lack of transparency Krause and Kinsman has shown. Of course while they've made millions my husband, who is on a green card ( this indicates my husband is terminally Ill) is fighting to get thousands. Of the money my husband was awarded he will be lucky to get 4% and that's on the hopeful side. While we and most of the other survivors are struggling they can't be bothered to keep us updated. We have to do that research on our own by reading information posted in forums on social media. My husband was not originally going to participate in the lawsuit but after hours of discussion and promises made he agreed. What once was buried has now been brought back to the surface. I watch my husband have nightmares about the unspeakable abuse he endured as a child exasperated by the trauma of fighting for what he was promised. Attorneys seemingly signed on to this mess not to find solace for the survivors but to pocket the millions they've already accrued and the millions they will continue to accumulate. Not once has anyone from K&K showed any sympathy towards my husband. I can call today and get the same answer I got last month or the month before. While 8 months have passed so far since the medical Liens segment of this torture started Mr Krause and Mr Kinsman have continued to get paid their hundreds of dollars per hour and all we get are more excuses.

I don’t know who the hell these people are but they call and text me constantly about some hernia mesh case! I don’t have a hernia or a mesh and if they constantly continue to call and text me, I’m gonna sue them myself! Talk about harassment and anybody else want to join me in the harassment lawsuit against these people?

Everything was good till the end when had my 2nd surgery i called as soon as I got home from the hospital gave them all the information regarding the surgery only to find out later when they sent the disclosure papers and there was no information regarding the last surgery I had to get the medical records myself and send them to Krause and Kinsman to be added only to discover it was denied i waited 6 years now to find out that I might get about maybe $3000 if im lucky possibly less than that and like the review before mine they denied biggest part of the 2 surgeries what a ripoff thanks for nothing Krause and Kinsman your the best.
