When the father was alive, he was a wonderful and honest attorney. He handled my great Uncle's property to get it back and then helped settle my Uncle's estate on my mom's side. He represented my Mom and her sister... Got it finished within a month or two. Very nice, professional and I always recommended him. Unfortunately his son not so much. My Dad had an issue with a slum lord and Alexander helped me by editing letters I wrote in response to withholding rent and repairs that were needed. He would charge like $50 or so for 10-15 min, which it didn't even take that long because I did most of the work. The house ended up being foreclosed on due to owner/landlord not paying mortgage after my Dad told him about repairs and Freddy-Mac sued my Dad (the renter) instead of the owner. The house was red taped by both the health department (sewer leaking under the house) and building inspector (bare wires exposed and multiple other things in violation).My Dad a Vietnam veteran and disabled, explained that he could not afford to pay Alexander unless he sued Freddy Mac and Alexander agreed. When it came time for court my Dad discovered that Judge Roper didn't like Alexander and my Dad got screwed over. He was in escrow and 3 days from closing on a house to move, it fell through due to him being sued. My Dad didn't get cash for keys (which is an option for renters in California) and Alexander was no help. Then Alexander refused to sue Freddy Mac and proceeded to send my Dad bills for lazy representation. I do not know anything about Bailey but I do not recommend Alexander Reed-Krase. My Dad has since passed and I refuse to recommend or deal with that office. My Dad never got a house and was almost homeless due to this situation. Luckily another veteran heard about it and he got a place. Alexander doesn't keep his word and you must have everything in writing or he will deny he said it. I should've posted this years ago. Still makes me sick to think how my Dad got screwed over. Too bad his father wouldn't take it, because I don't think he would've dropped the ball like his son did. This happened back in 2012. Yes I'm still angry about it and I think people should know. If you are low income, disabled or a veteran.. I wouldn't recommend going there for any kind of real help. Again, though his father was a wonderful man and attorney and did excellent work.

This firm executed a trust for my mother-in-law. They made an error on a birth date on the trust which leaves her daughters unable to open a trust related bank account following her passing. We have contacted them 5 times (3 times in person) to address the correction and they will not help us. They say that they were representing the deceased client and not us. So….no accountability for accuracy or correcting inaccuracies after the fact. STONEWALLING!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Efficient but pricy. Have watched our backs for 3 plus years when legality mattered most. I send a big thanks.
