I understood nothing was guaranteed, but I expected fair and competent representation. Instead, I was pushed into a plea deal with the understanding it would be either Option A or Option B. With no prior record or court experiences whatsoever, I relied on that advice.

Once In court, I was told I would receive both A and B by the Judge. This was never clearly explained to me beforehand. I was told one option OR the other, not both.

The attorney also admitted he had reviewed my case less than 12 hours prior. For $5,000, the representation felt rushed, unprepared, and untrustworthy.

Lastly and perhaps the most trivial, unfortunately his appearance was reflective to his abilities. He walked in heavy footed with an oversized suit adding emphasis to the lack there of time and consideration into the case.
