Incredibly rude. Answers the phone with attitude. I had to hang up on the guy because he was disgustingly rude Edit- In response to their out of touch and dishonest claim: These people are complete liars and are dishonest. Their response is not a true representation of what they actually did. The person on the phone answered the phone incredibly rude and uninterested in my case. As im explaining he cut me off, he couldn't even see what i wanted to sue for. No questions were asked in why i wanted to sue. I caught onto the attitude at the beginning of the convo in which he set the tone to. He was completely unprofessional. And based on the reviews I see, this isn't the first time they have done this to a potential client. Also "enraged" is completely false, because before the conversation can get even more disrespectful and dismissive, I hung up. I didn't hang up because they couldn't take the case, I hung up because the tone they set was as if they don't have any type of phone etiquette nor care to help someone properly. The BOY didn't receive any response from me after he cut me off other than a dial tone. So that "enraged" comment is completely far from true. Do your job better, and you wouldn't have this many low reviews.

I am incredibly grateful for the help I received from attorney, Brian Kowalski.
