The entire staff/firm "ghosted" me, after hearing false and unsubstantiated allegations made about me - in regards to race and violence.

My accuser made/signed a false statement about me "having a gun" and saying words about caucasians - that i did not say/nor was found to possess. This ultimately led to my unjustifiable arrest on a 3rd degree misdemeanor. I was, initially and in prejudice, charged with "menacing via cologne bottle" (it was 8:30am, and i was in the midst of my routine, when the accuser walked over to my door and initiated the hostility).

No gun was found - so he should technically be arrested/tried by the state, for having signed a false statement. However, because the entire town of new paltz is filled with unethical, biased, and corrupt racist - who were acting out/enabling my abuse, via "community oriented policing" and "socioemotional learning" - and because shooting targets from a gun range were found in my room .. Ive received no justice.

Disclaimer: i am a quarter white myself, and no one outside of new paltz can/will ever say that ive been "racist" or "menacing" towards Anyone. Peace!

I made a pretty big mistake like sometimes we do. I was looking at jail time and probation on the backend. It wasn’t a small case. Andy clearly layed out the tools to fight the charges and with his help I ended up with my charges being dismissed. I am familiar with the court system and this was a big win. So thank you Andy, I would recommend him.
