Joe Klein and his team helped my family with a trust and estate planning.
We had multiple interactions with him over these past 12 years. All during this time we found him to be consistently super intelligent, organized, patient, courteous and expeditious in his replies. His fees were way beyond fair and he never sent us an invoice for the many times we called to get a clarification about the status of the documents he created for us.

In 2020 I hired Mr Joseph Klein as an estate planning attorney. I regret the day I did. When it came to making a will trust and proxy he wrote what his wishes were not mine. I became a hate crime victim in 2022. I’m a retired psychologist and mandated reporter. As my journey of three years of rehabs was completed I met a genuine man who became my poa and proxy. When I informed Klein that I wanted him to close the trust he set up but was never funded he outwrite declined my call and when I texted and emailed again he declined an answer. He has an employee who name is Ellen levy and she’s not someone I would choose to answer phones. Her disposition is horrible always rude and nasty never ever returned my calls and emails. All I can advise prospective clients stay as far away from this make believe law office. They charge absorbed prices put down where they want your money to go when you die. Nothing you tell them you want is ever written down. They leave your money to there charities and put the money in things that will benefit them not you. I learned a long time ago that everyone has to be taken by they’re maker one day nobody lives forever and what you do in life on this earth to other people you’re going to be held accountable for when your maker is ready to take you home. It’s a damn shame that this Jewish firm does this to Jewish people. Karma always wins and will get you in the end. Amen.
