I'm a small business in the downtown area. Most recently, I used Koontz & Associates to help negotiate and revise a commercial lease. Jacqueline Durham was wonderful to work with and extremely thorough and was able to get the best "best case" scenario for me. I also have used Attorney Koontz in the creation of my business 4 years ago and have used her of and on for different needs. I will continue to use them as needed. For small businesses, the cost per hour is a bit high.
