I was selling my Apt in Bradenton and ran into some difficulties that had to do with mislabeling the apts from when they were built so we had to go through a laborious process and Jennie Marino was amazing and so helpful and dilagent, not to mention patient and incredibly capable. Most would say get it sorted and then come back to close but she went beyond her call of duty and worked on those required to act in order for them to prioritise my sale. Could not recommend her enough. Amazing and thanks to her I have cash from the sale in my bank account.
