These place it’s a joke I talk to these glen dude with a nasty attitude from second I talk to him he seem bother lucky I decide to take my case some where else dude have the nerve call me ? Like I was considerate letting him take my case some with that attitude no thanks

The person I spoke to on the phone, Glen, was…unpleasant. He cut me off within 2 seconds of me asking a question and I felt like I had to rush through my info and situation. He acted like he was too busy for potential business and ZERO sympathy on my situation. Kept cutting me off and talking over me. He later called me back and told me the attorney will not be taking my case. No feedback on why. I asked if there was any particular reason so that I have a better understanding and he gave me a short vague answer that I can’t even remember. Hope they don’t treat everyone like this. Very unpleasant experience. Looking at some older reviews, it seems like this person has pattern of being unpleasant. Looks like nothing has changed. I called another firm nearby and the person taking down my info was very understanding of my situation and the attorney personally called me back and gave me feedback. Now that’s how it should be. I DO NOT recommend working with this firm. I believe the high reviews are questionable.
