This was my first time using Kogan & Desalvo and am completely disappointed. they were referred to me by my chiropractor dr Bentin which I now know why. They make the money and I remain in pain! I had to constantly call the atty to get an update which was unprofessional let alone it took their staff to forever to call back since the actual attys don’t associate with you. Dr Bentin whom I have gone to for years completely disappointed me. He works with the attys to get the most money. He basically exhausted all the ins money charging double the amount and then took the most and then lied about when the money was exhausted so he could get most of the money of what I was getting back in the end. This was a 5 car total accident and they didn’t even fight to get the most just settled for the minimum. While I am now still Left in pain everyone else is happy! Money grubbers not about their clients at all!
