There is a reason that my review continues to be deleted. That says enough. However I will continue to publish my claim......Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe this attorney. Every piece of evidence he allowed to enter the record was inadmissible per the rules of evidence. Unfortunately I had never been in any type of trouble so I was unaware of my rights or any court rules at the time of his representation. Now that I have educated myself, its obvious that this man should have never passed a BAR exam or he was in collusion with the prosecution. The statute of limitations to hold him accountable was 1 year from the beginning of his representation. My case was so drawn out that by the time it was over and I educated myself, that time had passed or I would have done so to prevent others from the harm he is capable of doing in his incompetence. I was required to give him one star in order to post.
