My family hired this firm due to my oldest sister abusing her Power of Attorney, she ended up Stealing over $278K from Bank of America and Travis Credit Union from my mothers bank accounts. The attorney assigned to our case was Sean. He was lazy, took several days to return phone messages, he requested that my family do all the running around gathering paperwork from the banks, Police Reports and Adult Protective Services, things that we where paying him for. Sean is useless, he’s good at taking money but not good at working to help protect the elderly. Knitter and Knitter has left us with the impression that Elder Abuse is okay and condone it, they sure didn’t help my mother after her daughter stole her life savings leaving her with nothing.

I do not recommend this firm, there are Will and Trust attorneys that have compassion, Empathy, way more competent and will fight for the elderly.

Sean even refused a simple request to file a restraining order to give us some comfort that my mother would no longer be abused, this firm has lots of excuses as to why things can't be done.

Don’t waist your time/money and energy with this firm, you’ll be sorry. We spent a lot of money with this firm and nothing was done. They still owe a refund of $1,200.00 after two months and still no refund.
