It’s funny—when I was actually a client, getting a response was nearly impossible. I called, emailed, waited… nothing. But the second I left a review? Boom—suddenly he’s full of emails and explanations.

Where was all this energy when it mattered? Instead of fixing the issue, he chose to gaslight me and go back and forth trying to protect his ego. If only he communicated this much during the case, we wouldn’t be here.

I regret ever hiring Knightshead Law Firm.
This has been the worst experience of my life. Communication is virtually nonexistent, and they do not seem to have their clients’ best interests at heart. Instead, it feels like you are a bother when you call to get updates about your case because they don’t communicate with you.
If you are looking for a lawyer who is responsive, reliable, and truly advocates for you, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere—you will only be disappointed here.

UPDATE!!!!

Since leaving my honest review, the attorney has repeatedly contacted me—not to take accountability, but to deflect, gaslight, and downplay my experience. Ironically, the most communication I’ve received from him happened after the case was closed and only in response to criticism.
