				Very unprofessional. I spoke with Hortencia regarding my case and provided all the information they requested by email. I was advised that an attorney would review my case and get back to me. After not hearing anything, I followed up several times but received no response. After multiple attempts, I finally got ahold of Hortencia, and the only explanation I received was, “Sorry, we’re busy.” I understand that law firms can be busy, but a simple update or courtesy call would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, I felt like my case was not a priority and that communication was lacking throughout the process.Went to another law firm.
