I am extremely disappointed with my experience with attorney Carl.

After receiving payment, communication became very difficult. I have sent multiple emails asking for updates on my case, but I have not received any meaningful response. There has been little to no visible progress on my case.

What concerns me the most is that when I attempted to file something myself through a government website, the attorney suddenly reached out. Aside from that, there has been a consistent lack of responsiveness and effort.

I chose this attorney based on the positive reviews on their website, but my experience has been completely different. I feel like my case has not been handled with the attention or professionalism I expected.

At this point, I cannot recommend Carl to others.
