I am truly disappointed in Mr. James. He changed the intitle fee he mentioned on the phone, and so far, he has done nothing with my case, even though I have paid him over half of what he charged. After our last conversation and the last payment, he ghosted me and has done nothing with the case. He was paid $4,500.00 and did nothing but ask for more.

I now have a new lawyer, and the documents that Mr. James was supposed to file are completed and filed.

Mr. James, I am so disappointed with you and the way you do business. If anyone is reading this, please proceed with caution. I am now seeing if my current lawyer can get my money back.

Thank you, Mr. James, for nothing! Absolutely nothing!

Truly disappointed with the level of communication from Mr. James. He doesn't respond to messages even after being paid in full. After the last phone conference we let him know we were not pleased with his lack of communication. He asked to give him two months and he would get back to us. It has been over four months and not a word.
The only reason a conference call was scheduled the last time we spoke to him was because a text message was left asking for a refund. These positive reviews here are questionable. I do not recommend Kevin James!

A couple years have gone by and this man was paid in full but we still have not heard a word. My son's first experience and unfortunately it was with an unethical person such as Mr James.
