Truly disappointed with the level of communication from Mr. James. He doesn't respond to messages even after being paid in full. After the last phone conference we let him know we were not pleased with his lack of communication. He asked to give him two months and he would get back to us. It has been over four months and not a word.
The only reason a conference call was scheduled the last time we spoke to him was because a text message was left asking for a refund. These positive reviews here are questionable. I do not recommend Kevin James!

A couple years have gone by and this man was paid in full but we still have not heard a word. My son's first experience and unfortunately it was with an unethical person such as Mr James.

Mr. James is an excellent and caring attorney. His communication style is direct and clear which I appreciated the most and the fact that he always answers his phone 24 hours is really hard to find with other lawyers especially when you’re dealing with stressful and difficult legal issues. But most importantly, he get results!
