Earll's billable rates are not cheap, but I think you usually get what you pay for when it comes to lawyers. You are paying for experience and the network of relationships that can help resolve a legal matter.

I was especially appreciative of the value Earll imparted and his awareness of the need to try to stay within the fee he quoted me and minimize the billing as much as possible, for example, using associates at a lower per hour billable rate depending on what exactly needed to be done.

As a firm, support staff at the firm were consistently friendly, professional and helpful. I received my billing statements electronically on a monthly basis.

Earll resolved my matter under budget so I even received a partial refund of my retainer at the conclusion of the matter.
