I attended my niece's custody hearing and was very impressed with Attorney Randi Klein. She strongly opposed unmonitored visits due to concerns about the father's ongoing behavior, and the judge agreed. She also requested therapy and a batterer's intervention program for the father, which were granted, along with continued therapy for my niece's daughter and group therapy with both parents. Even when the grandfather (|ames A.) was being disrespectful in court and had to be told by the judge ta remain silent. Ms. Klein remained professional and focused on the child's best interest. I can also confirm as a witness that the father's wife (Texas O.) was never present in court that day.
