I hired Attorney Choi because I encountered a visa issue, and I believe it was truly the best decision. Attorney Choi always responded so quickly that it felt as if my case was his only one. He answered even the smallest questions kindly and in detail. He even responded day and night, to the point where I was actually worried about his health. Haha. I contacted local U.S. attorneys several times, but many demanded substantial fees for even brief consultations or quoted unexpectedly high costs when I tried to entrust him with visa-related matters. On the other hand, I felt that Attorney Choi went beyond mere cost and intended to provide practical help to clients using his professional knowledge and experience. If you are having visa issues or find it difficult to proceed alone and need assistance, I highly recommend contacting KL LAW. Thank you sincerely for your help.

Thanks to the efforts of Attorney Choi Kyung-kyu, I received an immigrant visa through the 601A waiver process, which began in 2022, and entered the United States last week. Although I was an illegal immigrant due to illegal entry, I applied for the 601A waiver through a family petition for a permanent resident and received the approval notice in January of this year. After that, everything proceeded smoothly; I had an interview at the U.S. Embassy in Korea in July and passed. I miraculously received my immigrant visa after nearly 3 years and 10 months. As I was returning to Korea from the U.S., I even suspected that the immigration authorities might have approved the waiver just to deport me back to Korea. Immigration enforcement was so severe that I even considered giving up everything and returning to Korea in 2025. However, if I simply left, I wouldn't be able to visit my grandchildren in the U.S., so every day was hell. Although I received advice from my attorney at every moment, my mind remained as fickle as a reed in the wind. I also agonized over the initial stages of hiring a lawyer and paying the attorney fees. My suspicion was that since I had paid the attorney fees in advance, you might be indifferent to the handling of the paperwork. However, thanks to your consistent and prompt service for nearly four years, I remained at ease until the very end. Thank you once again. Even if you have committed a crime, such as illegal entry, due to unavoidable circumstances, I hope you do not give up and continue to face challenges. I believe that if you proceed with a competent and logical attorney, you will achieve a positive outcome like mine. August 13, 2026

From a client's perspective, handling immigration-related matters was a sensitive and stressful process. Consequently, I repeatedly made inquiries and checked on things via countless emails and phone calls, and I felt truly grateful for the sincere and prompt responses you sent. In particular, I asked for an interpreter referral during my interview, and meeting such a good person was a blessing. It is not a place where I could go with just anyone without knowing their background. Thank you for helping me meet such a wonderful person.

Five Stars is Not Enough – Exceptional Support Through Our Fiance Visa Journey Working with KL Legal Services (K Choi Esq.) was hands-down the best decision we made for our fiance visa process. Navigating immigration is already an emotional and stressful experience, but receiving a Request for Evidence (RFE) threw us into a complete panic. From the moment we reached out to KL Legal Services about it, everything changed. The team handled our RFE with an extraordinary level of care, precision, and diligence. It wasn't just about filling out paperwork; it genuinely felt like they were personally invested in our future and making sure our family could be together. Every detail was meticulously reviewed, ensuring we put forward the strongest response possible. What truly set KL Legal Services apart was their incredible responsiveness. No matter how small or anxious our questions were, they answered them promptly, clearly, and with immense patience. In moments of high anxiety, having professionals who communicate so swiftly and reassuringly is invaluable. I received assistance with my L1A visa application. From the initial consultation, they provided professional analysis and strategic explanations, which allowed me to clearly understand the direction of the process. Throughout the process, they took care of every single missing document and immediately corrected any deficiencies they identified. I appreciated that the overall process proceeded smoothly.
