The attorney was obnoxious

Kevin J. Moore & Associates Rating Woohoo! As good as it gets! My husband and I have been referred to Estate Attorney Kevin J. Moore & Associates by another Estate Attorney who believed that Mr. Moore is of a higher caliber and that we would be better served by Mr. Moore. We have been working with Mr. Moore for almost a year. We found him to be highly skilled in estate planning, asset protection, formation of trusts as well as advising us on tax deferral matters, etc. Even though there is no inheritance tax for the next few years, that decision could be reversed at any time. It is always better to "be prepared" as the Boy Scouts would say. With Mr. Moore's help, we have learned how to legally divert some of our income via trust to another entity that has a lower income tax bracket. Mr. Moore is very easy going, always pleasant individual. He takes a lot of time to explain his proposal and strategies with you so that you can clearly understand what is being proposed and how to carry out what he has recommended. Prior to consulting with Mr. Moore, we had been to three other attorneys and developed three estate plans. The documents that had been developed contained legal language which were very difficult to comprehend but with Mr. Moore's documents, they were very easy to understand. With the previous attorneys, we also found that the plans were put together without us understanding what the plans were intending to do and in what way they could be useful. Because Mr. Moore spends time explaining the concepts to us, we understood exactly how his plan could help us and what we needed to do to carry out our plan. With our request, Mr. Moore even invited our heir to one of the planning session to explain to him how the estate plan would work and how it would impact him upon our demise. Mr. Moore is organized, a visionary who, with his many years of experience with a sophisticated clientele, he has devised an estate plan for us that none of the previous attorneys were able to accomplish. Mr. Moore takes a long term view. He wants our estate plan to accomplish what we desire. For that, we made him our trustee protector to guide our heir and oversee that our plan would be carried out the way we had envisioned. One previous attorney even billed us twice as much as the original amount that we had agreed on, without additional work, while we foolishly kept paying his invoices, unaware that he was taking advantage of us in between our travels. That is why you need to be super cautious about who you hire as your estate attorney. We highly recommend Mr. Kevin Moore of Pasadena who will serve you well.
