Thanks to Walter McClatchey for taking care of my claim! It was a long slow process but he got it done and I’m pleased!!! Thanks also to Haley she was very helpful with this situation! I can’t say the same for the other lazy office worker!!! Haley would be juggling multiple task when I would come in and Briggs would be either be playing on her phone or just sitting there not helping at all!!! The phones would be ringing and she wouldn’t even try to answer them seeing Haley was doing multiple things!!!! Sad to keep someone like this employed with a company like this! A decline with this place will continue long as she’s there! That’s it for my positive and negative to this facility!

This office is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! If you’re not related to someone that works in this office you will literally not get any assistance at all!!! I’ve been dealing with these unprofessional workers at this office for over a year and they are still to this very day giving the run around for help!!! I’ve literally just been told by one of them I’d have to do it myself when it’s they’re job!!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE IT’S WORTHLESS!!!!! They need a star for 0 because they don’t even deserve 1 star!!!!

I was referred to Kirsatchie legal aid by David Stamey clerk of court, because I was declared indigent by the court of natchitoches parish. When I reached out for help from Kirsatchie legal aid I was told that they didn't have an attorney available at the moment for what I was seeking help for.
So I waited for a couple or more weeks then called back, and asked if they by chance had any attorney that were available for my case., For me to be told that they would not be able to provide with me with an attorney at all for my case. Which was odd after being told they was just busy the first time I called.?
So it appears that Kirsatchie legal aid is bias to certain case's or people whichever. But either way I was directly lied to by what is supposed to be a professional office.
It leaves me wondering if Kirsatchie legal aid ever helps anyone or if they bias to just me?.
