				My wife and I met with Nick today to review estate documents. Despite being disadvantaged by his education at Wake Forest, Nick did an excellent job of guiding us through the estate planning process. After reviewing all “xyz dies in a plane crash” scenarios, we feel comfortable that our estate will be in good shape and that whatever survivors of said plane crash will be well cared for. Detailed discussions about lingering powers and halo trust lock boxes made for entertaining segues. But seriously, Nick somehow answered ALL of my wife’s questions - which is a first. That deserves 5 stars!!!

				My experience with Kirk, Palmer, and Thigpen has been frustrating and disheartening. I’ve been trying to address ongoing issues with my HOA, which has proven nearly impossible to reach or engage. After transitioning from an ineffective property management company to an equally unhelpful and seemingly uninformed one (JCC Property Group), the only consistent response has been redirection—to the attorneys at Kirk, Palmer, and Thigpen.



Despite documenting all communications over the past year, including repeated attempts to resolve matters and uphold my rights, I’ve received no meaningful responses. Instead, I’m met with silence or vague legal notices sent directly to me, while my prior communications through legal counsel are ignored. This lack of accountability and transparency from both the HOA and its legal representation is deeply concerning.
