Andrea, Robert and the team are the best lawyers! They will help you with employment issues fast! The case being handled by the law firm / lawyer that I hired has reached its end and everything went well. The lawyer handling the case was very efficient (quick to respond to emails/phone calls, keep me the loop as requested, etc) The firm is successful. Please contact them if you have any issues.

If I could give zero stars I would. When I first contacted this firm in 2023 for an ADA discrimination case, an appt was scheduled with Julian King. The day of the appt came and she never contacted me, and I left several messages, called her, , but she was MIA and never had the courtesy to contact me. She basically abandoned the appt.
Then had appt with her husband, Robert King. He decided to take my case. I was sent all the onboarding client-lawyer engagement paperwork and returned promptly. I thought I could relax a bit knowing that I had representation now. 3 months go by, Robert hasn't even started working on my case. In this time, I'm contacted by my employer. I tell Robert, and he refused to contact my employer with regards to the emails they were sending me, and he basically said "he'll offer me some advice"...never explaining why he wouldn't do any work on the case. If he had too many cases, he could've given it to another attorney BUT HE DID NOTHING FOR ME, even after signing a client/attorney agreement!! By him not contacting the employer when he was supposed to, this was putting my case at risk as I wasn't sure how to respond to my employer.
Fast forward, I had to, on my own, contact the EEOC and start the process. Eventually I did find a competent attorney who took my case, and I won, however, those emails from the employer that Robert refused to address did hurt my case a bit.
I will NEVER EVER recommend this lousy firm. horrible experience!
