Don is a tremendous lawyer. Don and his team are amazing. I am an active duty doctor who was charged following an allegation of failing a military random urine drug screen. I hired Don to represent me at both NJP and a Board of Inquiry. He is an absolute expert at all level of military law. My case was complex as it also included hospital privileges and how that overlapped with UCMJ violations. In the end, Don help me win at the BOI and all allegations were dismissed and I was retained in the military.
