Highly recommended.

When I was looking for someone to handle my 17-year-old son’s case, I asked a friend to recommend a lawyer since she had previously been involved in an accident case. I assumed she would recommend the attorney who represented her, but to my surprise, she recommended the attorneys who were on the opposing side. She told me that, despite having everything against them, they fought hard for their client.

She was absolutely right. They took on my son’s case and achieved excellent results, always prioritizing his well-being.

They are the best.

I’ve been sitting on my review for a while. In the beginning it was positive because I was happy to be done with this all. Slowly, I realized the mistakes I had made. Now in a moment of weakness, a moment of mental breakdown due to the pain I’ve been in for 5+ years- I wish to share a brief summary of my story. Since my case closed and from the time the case was open my life has degraded into a quality of life no one would want. I wish I had never filed whatever or opened any case, it didn’t help or alleviate anything, only complicated matters worse.
Any amount of money isn’t worth the quality of a human life. I have no quality of life.
I was in an incredibly bad (for me) car accident. My car was totaled and I was left with several grave injuries, the greatest being to my brain. The person who hit me, walked away without injury, their car completely unharmed.
I came out of the accident disabled for life yet no one seems to understand that. I was injured mentally and physically.
I’ve continued to suffer from every symptom and every ailment that comes with having Brain Trauma. (anxiety, PTSD, Suicidal ideals, Bain fog, chronic fatigue, eye failure, speech failure, cognitive decline.. etc) During the case when I was advised to seek medical treatment, they were unable to ever schedule me to see a Neurologist. Why? Most of the neurologists have a non-refundable down payment of $100 or more for the appointment space. I could not afford this ever nor could I afford it now. They weren’t willing to see if anyone could supply a down payment for me to attend any neurologist.(in another small summary, I did make it to a neurologist’s office that took no down payment - only to be seen AND INJURED by a nurse practitioner). Now that the accident was 5+ years ago, doctors tell me it’s pointless to preform any scans on my brain now- because the damage wouldn’t show like it would have when it first happened. They then express their sadness to me that someone wasn’t there advocating for me in the beginning when this all started. When I have visited doctors after the case and I tell them a little info, they explain to me there is something called a “Continued Care Plan” that most law offices advocate setting up for patients like ME- who were DISABLED in their incident. I was even told my a handful of the doctors that helped me DURING the case that I needed a continued care plan and was DISABLED. During the end of the case I remember asking BOTH the lawyers on my case about a continued care plan in which one of them told me, “I didn’t need it.” And again “he did not see me needing a continued care plan.” These men made a decision FOR ME that regarded MY HEALTH and how I WAS LIVING. They decided for me that I was ok. Those decisions have broken me as a human being, I have no rights and they made me feel as such.
Can you imagine getting your head hit really hard, you being unable to fight for yourself and then someone decides FOR YOU that you don’t need help for your smashed head? That is my everyday reality.
Not to mention my entire spine and hips being destroyed in the accident as well, doctors looking at displaced discs and vertebrae but because nothing is broken I’m perfectly fine and discharged. Throughout the entirety of the case I was vocal about being unable to work ANY job because of my physical and mental health status- especially near the end- when I was unemployed for a year and HOMELESS because I CANNOT WORK. (I never rested, took time off or stayed in any hospital after the accident, I worked through “healing” I needed to, I had no other choice) They then described to me “they weren’t disability lawyers, couldn’t help me” and “we didn’t work with anyone but have a lady we send people to.” I’ve been going to around 3-5 appointments weekly since 2021 because of this incident. In between that I have incredible waves of being incapacitated. I have been through FIVE EMPLOYERS!There are only so many acupuncture, massage, whatever appointments that someone can go to.
