I signed a Letter of Engagement and paid a retainer after what I thought was a great consultation, which provided me with invaluable knowledge and advice that I assumed was standard and would continue. However, I was wrong! If you are seeking a lawyer with poor communication skills who interrupts and speaks over you, prioritizes their needs/wants over their clients, waste time criticizing contracts instead of correcting them, is dismissive about your concerns and time, is in savior mode regarding your budget & business needs, and rejects any difference of opinion/autonomy - look no further! However, if you are seeking genuine business formation representation, guidance, and support - regardless of the cost, I cannot in good faith recommend this business! The relationship was so short lived that no work whatsoever was completed, so I was issued a full refund and the contract absolved - thankfully! Not only was this a complete waste of my time, but I believe there was bias at play in taking on a client when there was no real intentions on having a working relationship.

It has been a pleasure working with Kim. She is kind, trustworthy, and highly skilled. Kim completed trademark applications for me in a timely and thorough fashion. Some online sites suggest that you can successfully file your own intellectual property applications but hiring Kim was well worth it. She thought of things I would never have known to do on my own. She was also very transparent and upfront about the costs involved. Kim is very responsive and got back to me immediately whenever I had questions. I intend to continue working with Kim for future legal services. Highly recommend!

Kimberly is an amazing lawyer. She’s knowledgeable, thorough, and very experienced. But most importantly of all, she works with your best interests in mind. She was very patient working with me and answered all of my questions when there were things I wasn’t understanding. I would recommend everyone work with Kimberly!
