My 19 year old daughter worked for Samantha Estrello picking her kids up from school and dropping at home. My daughter picked her kids up from school and was rear ended at a stoplight while on the way to drop them at home. Only reason we were in that area was to transport her children. Lucky for us, we are working for Samantha. Except the driver did not have insurance so we had to file on ours. Samantha filed medical injury claims against my insurance which is causing our premiums to go up. We weren't at fault and we were working for her and she decides to sue our insurance. I know this is legal but seems wrong. If you choose this attorney, sure she will fight hard but for herself. Not you the victim of the accident.
