I highly recommend Knies, Helland & McPherson. I had the pleasure of working with Nick Sung and his paralegals Heather and Stephanie. I had interviewed numerous attorneys and found Nick to be knowledgeable and down to earth at our consultation. Nick took on my case shortly after my divorce was finalized due to my ex not following through on the divorce decree and unfortunately continued with other issues that arose. I was really impressed on how organized and prepared the team was for court. Nick always kept my children's best interest as the forefront and that is the most important.

I'm sharing this review for a friend who was poorly represented in a divorce case. "I had an extremely disappointing experience with KHM Attorneys at Law, specifically Reilly Franek. I hired them to handle my divorce case, expecting competent legal guidance and advocacy. Instead, I received little to no effort on my behalf. Communication was poor, my concerns were ignored, and it felt like they were just going through the motions rather than actually fighting for my best interests.

Despite paying their fees, they did nothing to strengthen my case, provided minimal legal strategy, and failed to challenge the opposing side effectively. I felt unsupported throughout the entire process, and ultimately, their lack of effort contributed to an unfavorable outcome. If you're looking for a law firm that will actually fight for you, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere."

Do not recommend. I live out of state and I was obviously just easy money. My least paralegal Bek was the only responsive one but rough around the edges. My concerns were not brought up in court. I lost in court and many thousands of dollars in attorney fees. The court decided “what’s in the best interest of the children” but don’t feel my rights were fought for.
