If I can give them zero Stars I would Mike FedAllen is a horrible attorney. Promises things and under delivers then completely disappears for weeks and months on end. Zero communication at all and we pay him thousands of dollars to handle things for us. If I could rewind the clock and use a different attorney I would.

Since David Rice threatened to sue me my new attorney advise me to remove the ad until he could review it so that is what I will do at this point. UPDATE 3-11-24 Mr. Rice now has threatened to sue me in court. Please see below; Mr. B: Our firm was only responsible for setting up the Special Needs Trust for your sister and litigating with you to ensure that she received what she was entitled to. We had no control nor were we engaged to assist your sister in budgeting her assets. Your posting is libel and you have 24 hours to remove it or a lawsuit will be filed. Mike Fedalen was my attorney on a very complicated case. To begin with he listened to me and gave me hope. My sister “kidnapped” my Dad and put him in a home and made him get a pacemaker even though his cardiologist stated he wasn’t a candidate. She isolated him and kept him from his family and friends.
