We recently engaged Keystone Elder Law, Attorney Katie Dang, and her support team to analyze and create our legal documents. You will not find a more knowledgeable firm to put your affairs in order as Katie has a background in both federal civil service and JAG Corps. Her team worked with our financial planner to determine exactly what documents we needed to also protect our middle-class assets to the fullest extent of the law.

As further proof of our confidence in this firm, we also engaged KEL to assist us in a family member's estate who died intestate--without a will. This estate is complicated by the Pennsylvania laws affecting blended families. We would not have known about this PA-specific inheritance clause without the sharp-eyed team at KEL. Without a will, the settling of the estate may take up to 2 years and will be subject to unnecessary fees. The moral of the story: No matter how clear-cut you think your estate is, please get sound legal advice and sign your will.
