Kevin is a really superb Attorney/Lawyer when it comes to criminal defense. He takes time to understand every case and listens when you are in person with him.
Kevin could be at 5 Star as a Google review. However, there are some areas of opportunity that aren't bad, but will need to have a plan in place to continuously succeed with his practice .
1. Kevin needs an assistant lawyer/attorney working under him.
2. Kevin over books himself.
Now let me explain...
Kevin is a great man! Solid Attorney/Lawyer has won numerous cases. And AFFORDABLE. When I say AFFORDABLE.. he is not a rip-off. LOWEST in the Tri county area for sure, and great at what he does.
With that being said, he takes on many cases that can overwhelm him, causing him to push dates around, push appointments, or DELAY you with an update on case situations.
I have witnessed this with multiple clients on different cases that he owns.
To resolve this, I would like to see Kevin supported by young, eager lawyers or attorneys that can learn for Kevin and help with the workload.
Kevin's Front desk assistant Amber is amazing. I think, if she can start having reviews with Kevin at the end of day on cases and update her systems with information provided from Kevin that would not impeded court, this would help friends and family's calling in to get progress updates, instead of just telling us he isn't there or at court.
Those are the only 2 feedback concerns that I'm able to share. Everything else, Kevin is phenomenal.
I hope this helps someone with making decisions with the Kevin Cox Law Office!
