This was an incredibly stressful time as it is for everyone that goes through it. Kassandra was so well organized and sent me the complete list of next steps at pivotal moments. I became confident that Kassandra was always on top of things and the ball would never get dropped. She was so great to work with. She is an extremely calm and diligent attorney.

My case went to court and Daniel Paletz advocated for me. Although I worked with Kassandra on the documents required for court, Daniel was up to speed on my case when he arrived to argue in court. He has a non-combative style with the opposing counsel which is consistent with how I like to handle disagreements. Civil diplomacy can often yield much better results than antagonism. It's worth trying and never giving up on that approach no matter how contentious things get.

I've never been to court for anything before so I didn't know what to expect. When attorneys on both sides began to argue, I was so grateful Daniel was my attorney and not hers. He is very articulate and capable of persuasive arguments. He had absolutely no speech disfluency (no "uhs" or "ums"). I do think everyone going to court should also make sure they have clear, logical, and well written declarations in their court documents backed by supporting evidence. This will have substantial influence on the eventual orders. The outcome was nearly 100% in our favor. This result nudged the other side to come back with a sensible settlement offer for the remaining matters.
