Horrible service!! Customer service is terrible met with rudeness and arrogance. I tried to get information from a man who called me saying I had a pending matter against me he spoke so fast sounded like he said JAA so I had to do many searches to even find out who called me. When I told him I never received a letter he spoke of he told me he would take note of my refusal, have a nice day and hung up!! I didn't get a contact number nothing!! So utterly unprofessional. Whoever they have making these calls should be fired! Notice all the good reviews have professional photos probably their friends fake reviews.
