STAY AWAY from this Law Firm Kennedy and Souza, RUN !!!
I had an attorney with the Firm named John Millar, he ruined my life and cost me $130,000. It weighs on my mind every minute of the day, I can't sleep what he did to me, doctors have me on Seroquel to sleep, I was going through a very difficult time, and suffered a nervous breakdown, I needed an attorney to help me, he is CRIMINAL and does not deserve to be a lawyer. The partners Kennedy and Souza can care less, as John Millar continues to work there. John Millar had me paying cash and writing checks to his wife and son because he didn't want the IRS to know about the money. I paid him more than $50,000. He settled my case without my authorization and forced me to pay $125,000 for no nothing, when I was in a very fragile state of mind. I am seeking an attorney to sue John Millar and Kennedy and Souza for malpractice. John Millar was previously suspended as a lawyer because he used money in a trust to pay his rent. He never had me come into the office, it was over the phone and text messages, he is a lazy criminal, I was just in such bad shape, I cut believe what he did to.me now that my mental health has improved. I told him I was out of my mind with stress and anxiety and he just ruined me. I think he made a deal with the other side to get money.
When lawsuits are involved it is normal to be under a lot of stress and anxiety, you
need a lawyer that is understanding.. I am slowly getting my mind back and can't believe what he did to me. He should be arrested. How Millar can keep practice is beyond me. He is the Devil.. I have nightmares every night that includes him and the horrible people he made me pay.
