I engaged Springer and Cross Law Firm to amend a deed to my home. Ms. Cross professionally handled my needs and had prepared all the necessary paperwork to fulfill my legal requirements. A date was set for me to appear in the law firm's office to sign the paperwork to be filed with the Court. The staff was pleasant and I was seated in a conference room where Ms. Cross completed the proceeding. Mary with Springer law group has a horrible attitude problem and seems to think she knows everything. She is extremely rude and when I asked her to tone it down with me she pretty much shut me down. I will not be disrespected as an agent by this law firm. Moving forward I will tell my clients to close at an alternate place.
